One of my go-to recipes is this 10 minute baked potato soup recipe. It’s creamy, kid-friendly, and so EASY! In fact, I made it for my friend Jessica from Pretty Providence just a few weeks ago when her family was sick.

Friends…THAT’S IT! It’s absolutely delicious. I swear by it. Grab some store bought rolls or if you have a little extra time, bake these homemade rolls that only take 1 hour from start to finish! If you do that, someone will probably call you Martha Stewart. HAHA.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Do me a favor and take this soup to someone who needs a pick-me-up. It’s amazing what a little love, food, and consideration will do for someone.
xoxo-
