My husband said the same thing! I’m guessing that the “submit” button is having a hard time showing up at the bottom of the survey at times. Try and refresh the page and hopefully it will show up. Thanks for the heads up!
I filled out your survey, but I don’t see a place where I can “send” it.
Refreshed page…still no “submit” or “send”…..

I can’t get it to work either. I have tried both of our browsers on two different computers. I have tried refreshing as well.
