Cute Greenhouse Decor Ideas

One of the most exciting things about our new house is the backyard! We now live on an acre of land, and we even have a greenhouse!

To give the greenhouse a little love, we’ve partnered with my friends at JoAnn to spruce things up a bit. Their new Spring Line is absolutely perfect! It was hard to hold back! I wanted everything!

I grew up with a huge garden and I’ve wanted my own for years. We even installed garden grow boxes in 2012 at our last home, but my plants always struggled. I’m determined this time, and I’ve even sought the help of a few friends to help me learn successful gardening. 

With a greenhouse, the possibilities of growing whatever I want is intoxicating. My neighbors have a lemon tree in their greenhouse! I’m so excited to learn!

We started by cleaning out the inside since the previous owners hadn’t used it for a few years. 

 

Add a Greenhouse Sign

With the inside all cleaned out, I went to JoAnn in search of some Spring/Garden decor to add some cuteness to the outside.  Now the greenhouse has soooo much character! I mean, that greenhouse sign is PERFECTION!! 

Install a Solar Lantern

I love that the small hanging lantern is solar powered, and now I have all the garden tools I need. 

Add a Doormat

Plus, the green hello doormat makes me smile. I might have to move it to my front door. 

Create a way to remember what you planted inside

I used my trusty Silhouette CAMEO to make a vinyl decal for the top of this chicken wire frame. Plus to remind me what we have growing, I can clip the seed packets to the wire. 

I absolutely love how cute the greenhouse is now, and I can’t wait to show you the chicken coop next! 

A few other products shown are the adorable wood and metal plant stand , the fun garden tools which you can find here, here and here — I also have a HUGE weakness for aprons. I seriously just love them so obviously a green house apron was needed. #obviously And last but not least the adorable Floral Welcome sign.
