Chocolate Cupcakes filled with a homemade caramel sauce and topped with chocolate frosting.
Hey ATT readers! Happy New Year! This is Lauren visiting from Tastes Better From Scratch, and I’m here to tempt all of your new year’s resolutions with these amazing Caramel Filled Chocolate Cupcakes! We do have Valentine’s coming up just around the corner, and I’m pretty sure your special someone would be very, very happy with one of these cupcakes 🙂 .
I’m a little bit obsessed with cupcakes. They’re cute and the perfect size dessert so I don’t over indulge. Some of my favorites include my Reese’s Peanut Butter Cupcakes and these fun Homemade Funfetti Cupcakes.
However, these Caramel Filled Chocolate cupcakes probably rank as my all-time favorite! You just can’t beat that caramel/chocolate combination. Homemade chocolate cupcakes (you could definitely use a cake mix if you want!) with a delicious caramel filling and chocolate frosting on top. I top mine with butterscotch caramels from Trader Joe’s because I think it makes them so cute! I get huge rave reviews whenever I’ve shared these with friends, and I hope you all love them too!
