So I’ve kind of been on a cooking kick lately. Let’s be honest, it’s just weird! Ha! I like to cook, and I have some really amazing recipes, I just don’t have a whole lot of time.
But since I have gotten so much love from the pork tacos recipe, I wanted to share another family favorite. This one comes from another good friend, and I just love this girl! Liz and I go way back…{we just won’t mention how far back!}.
Side note: I am hosting a baby shower this week, and I am making these to go with another delicious recipe.
I mean, who is this girl? Cooking, throwing crafty baby showers? {Man, I bet she is tired!} š Ha!
Anyway, here it is…
Delicious. Easy. Fast.
Liz’s Breadsticks
The Dough:
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3-4 cups flour
Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cupĀ ParmesanĀ cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dill weed
Mix bread ingredients. Knead for 8 mins in ball. It will be tough. Spread out evenly onto greased cookie sheet. {make sure and push all the way to the edges. You’ve kinda got to work with it!} Let rise for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Mix together topping ingredients. This will seem like a lot but I promise you’ll want to use ALL of it. It absorbs into the bread so you’llĀ definitelyĀ want to use it ALL!!
Spread it on cold. Cook @ 400 degrees for 10-12 mins. Cut with pizza cutter.

Thank you to Jo {my bff of all time} for taking this picture for me!
That’s it!! You will love the breadsticks I promise. I can’t say they are healthy, but they sure are delicious! The recipe is super easy too. Check out some of our other All Things Delicious posts! I don’t post something unless I’ve tried it myself!
xoxo,
Happy Thursday,
Brooke
That sounds amazingly simple. I’m sure I’ll be making this recipe often. I think it would be adaptable to all kinds of uses, like pizza!
