Hi All! It’s Gina from Kleinworth & Co. If you are from places like Utah, Idaho & Oregon, you have heard of a favorite condiment called fry sauce. I grew up in Southern California, which means it wasn’t until we moved to North Idaho that I had the pleasure of trying this amazing stuff. We had just pulled up to our new place after a grueling 26 hours of driving & we were sure hungry. The hubs ran out to see what was around. Low & behold there was this burger joint almost walking distance from our house & he grabbed some burgers, tubs of fries & this stuff called “fry sauce”. I quickly fell in love! It is the most amazing thing to add to just about anything you like to dip. We found ourselves frequenting this burger place only for the fries & sauce. We wanted to add it to things we couldn’t buy there, like chicken wings & even tacos. So I started trying to create my own.
I’m happy to say that after 5 different tries, THIS IS THE ONE! It’s so good! We always have some on hand now, which is really nice when we order take-out from another location. I don’t have to go to that particular place to get my fry sauce fix now, which is good, because since we moved they are no longer so close. It was really dangerous having them that close. I could smell those fries cooking while I would shovel the driveway, which was a mega motivation zapper.
It’s so good- I also love it on chicken tenders, hash browns, home fries, burgers, hot dogs & so much more.
