Happy Wednesday friends! Can you believe we are almost half way through March? I am so ready for warm weather, summer nights and evening dinners with family. It’s spring break where we live and so we are getting a small taste of what’s to come and I love it! This week also happens to be St Patrick’s Day! Do you celebrate this holiday? I usually try and do a little something for my kids and this year is no exception. I love an excuse to have a fun, themed sit down dinner with my kiddos! When trying to decide on the menu for the 17th, I knew I wanted delicious but easy! This Cooked Perfect® Fire Grilled Chicken couldn’t have been more PERFECT. While looking at all the different options, I found it really hard to decide! There were so many delicious looking flavors AND not to mention the different cut options! I was kinda leaning towards the Lemon Herb Tenders but the Buffalo Ranch Chunks ended up being the winner! I wanted something full of flavor and the one we chose definitely was. It was so easy to make and ended up being a super yummy dinner! I also love the fact that I could throw a few in the microwave for an easy lunch idea for my kiddos! Soooo much better than other chicken options out there. I cooked my yummy Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken in the oven for 15 minutes and dinner was served! I made them into kabobs after cooking because what kiddo doesn’t love eating their food off of a stick? Even when they went back for seconds, they added them to the sticks! Ha! These were so easy to find in the freezer section and I loved all the options. Aside from the chunks, they had tenders, wings, drumsticks, boneless and bone-in thighs… I mean there was something for everyone. I would also love to try these in an appetizer dish. And while you might not know where to grab this yummy chicken, they have this cool product locator that will tell you exactly where to find it: find a store! Luckily for me, our local Smith’s had it right in the freezer aisle! Well, I hope this helps take the guess work out of dinner for your family at least one night this week! 😉 I always love when dinner is quick but meaningful and we can all sit down and eat together! If you need any more good, easy ideas, head to your closet store and grab some of the other yummy options. I know I’ll be back! Plus I have added a coupon at the end of this post! Score!
