I knew that I would find something cool to do with this coffee table when I found it at the local thrift store for $15.00. It was so heavy that I couldn’t lift it myself. Holy cow!! After I asked the employee to carry this monster, I took the $15.00 risk and bought it!
It hit me like a slap in the face….I could make it a POT RACK!!!!!!! I loved the swirly metal pattern, and after I searched for the perfect pot rack to buy for Jill’s house, I was convinced that every pot rack out there was EX-PEN-SIVE. In fact, the one that I wanted was nearly $300.00. WHAT!??! No way.
Stay tuned for the instructions on how we transformed this bad boy soon!

Love it! It's so pretty, and it must cast a beautiful shadow, too.

Great idea! I actually have a broken table just like this in my back yard I was about to throw away. I am so glad I didnt!!
Awesome idea!
love this!!! I've been trying to figure out a pot rack for my sis-in-law's new home. I'll keep my eyes out for something similar. Thanks for the idea!!
Wow, that surely beats spending $300; the pattern is beautiful!
Love it! My funny coffee table story is that I got a glass-top table for $10 off KSL as a castoff from a home on the 'wrong'side of the tracks. I added a bowl of succulent plants using a planter I already owned and some donated plants. I donated the project to a charity gala for a botanical garden and it was the hot ticket item. People spent about $500 trying to win it and it's now gracing the front porch of one of the finest old-money Victorian homes in an expensive part of town. Tee Hee!
Wonderful idea: I picture something dangling from it. Ivory or even utensils.
Awesome idea!
I love giving a new purpose to items! This is a great idea.
