My good friend Linsey Laidlaw {the most talented graphic designer I know} has informed me about this amazing cause, and I had to shout it from the roof tops.
Print Aid NYC is a coalition of New York City-based artists that have come together to help raise money to rebuild NYC and surrounding areas after Hurricane Sandy’s devastation. These illustrators and graphic designers are mega-talented and have donated their time and designs for this great cause. The prints are original, limited edition prints inspired by the theme light.
100% of the proceeds will go to the Mayor’s Fund for Hurricane Relief.
Look at these beautiful prints! These are only a sample of them too!
Contributing designers and illustrators include Keenan Cummings, Liz Libre, Cole Nielsen, Samantha Hahn, Jana Laidlaw, Linsey Laidlaw, and several others. One hundred percent of the proceeds goes to the Mayor’s Fund for Hurricane Relief, which is assisting in the hardest hit areas like Staten Island, Coney Island, Rockaways, and Red Hook.
The prints are 11×14 inches, digitally printed on Mohawk 120lb acid-free cover weight paper, and they are only $30.00.
Thank you for your support. The posters are amazing!

Hey Brooke. Sorry this comment is unrelated to your post, but I saw this recipe and thought of you. It is called Edward's Cornflake Chicken with Twilight Sauce. It is on a blog called White Lotus Cooks, whitelotuscooks.blogspot.com . It looks awesome and Veeda, the author of the blog, has some amazing recipes (Korean candy chicken is my fave).
They're beautiful, and a great idea.
