Rain Gutter Hanging Planter with Instructions

Good morning friends! I’m obsessed with plants. Can I get any amens out there? For some reason when spring comes around I feel like a new woman! I love all the colors they bring and when it starts to warm up each year I LOVE when I can start planting!

Check out this awesome hanging planter project from the April DIH worksop at the Home Depot!

The project is made from RAIN GUTTERS! It’s super easy, and if you attend the workshop you will learn exactly how to make it. 

I wanted my planters to have some boho character, so I cut some vinyl with my Silhouette. If you don’t have a Silhouette, don’t worry, the Home Depot has DARLING stencils that will be perfect for this project. 

Then I painted it with claret wine by Rust-Oleum.

Then I removed the vinyl.

We hung them from our pergola, and it looks like it was MADE for that spot. 

I can’t wait to watch the potato vines creep down.
